Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://coffeeshopportland.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, 33 Cafe markets and arranges Iced Coffee, Latte, Matcha Latte, Tea, Fresh Juice, Sandwiches. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://coffeeshopportland.com is the property of 33 Cafe or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 33 Cafe makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation. In no event will 33 Cafe's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold 33 Cafe harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under OR law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in OR for any related dispute.

Term Changes. 33 Cafe may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
